SpirArt Museum™ Live Session

The Art of Healing
A gentle, guided look at sacred images using Dr. Uddoh’s VREMT method (Visual Recognition Exercises of Mythic Thought). No medical data collected and we never record.

What happens

  1. Check-in & image selection (≈5 min) — brief welcome and choose an image tied to one of five focus areas: Finances, Work/School, Relationships, Neighborhood/Community, or Health.

  2. Guided looking (≈20 min) — simple prompts help you notice, name, and reflect—no pressure to share.

  3. Debrief & gift (≈5 min) — capture a one-line takeaway; we send a digital copy of your image.

What you need
Phone or computer with Zoom (headphones recommended) and a quiet spot if possible.

Who it’s for
Adults 18+. Sessions are free and underwritten by sponsors. This is art education/spiritual reflection—not therapy or medical care.

  • Why It Helps – SpirArt sessions help you reflect through sacred art on five life domains: Finances, Work/School, Relationships, Neighborhood/Community, and Health

Consent (checkbox, required): I understand this is an art-education reflection, not medical care; sessions aren’t recorded; no personal health info is collected.

Community

At BaCHRI, we believe lasting change starts with deep community engagement. We partner directly with Black communities, ensuring that their voices guide every step of our work, from identifying challenges to crafting solutions.

  • Collaborative Partnerships – Working hand-in-hand with community leaders to create programs that address local needs
  • Sustainable Impact – Building lasting initiatives that remain rooted in communities long after the research ends
  • Culturally Relevant Solutions – Developing strategies that respect and uplift the unique experiences of Black communities

Together, we are creating spaces where innovation meets cultural understanding, driving equity from within the community.

AI Builds, Not Black Boxes

Our decision-support engine runs in a Jupyter-based Python stack—scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Kubios HRV—so every notebook, weight, and parameter is reproducible. Gradient-boosted trees and random forests are paired with SHAP visualisations, letting clinicians see exactly how RR-interval dynamics, cognitive-flexibility scores, and social-ecological factors combine into a Stress-Heart Score. Differential-privacy layers, bias-parity monitors (≤ 5 pp across sex, age, insurance, food security), and quarterly audits led by Chicago State University ensure the model remains fair, transparent, and clinically trustworthy.

  • Transparent Methodss – Git-versioned notebooks and containerised pipelines keep every experiment reproducible

  • Interpretable Algorithms – Trees, ensembles, and SHAP plots surface feature logic for each prediction

  • Equity & Trust – Differential-privacy guards and community auditors uphold fairness at every deployment

Through innovative and ethical approaches, we’re committed to producing analyses that inspire trust and drive meaningful change.
