Catholic Equity Tour
“The miracle of cooperation is a team strategy that opens a gap in the wall of an indifferent crowd that excludes the weakest.”
— Pope Francis
God’s Little World: A Catholic Equity Tour for Justice, Healing & Cooperative Transformation
In 2026, God’s Little World embarks on an 18-city national tour to address one of the Church’s most urgent, yet under-recognized pastoral crises: the mental and cardiovascular toll of financial stress among Black Catholics.
Grounded in Catholic Social Teaching and inspired by Pope Francis’ call for economic alternatives rooted in cooperation, this national exhibition is more than a program — it is a Gospel-informed encounter.
Participants walk through a life-sized immersive simulation of “a little world,” where they take on real-life roles — from bank president to social worker, from jail to the marketplace — and experience how economic systems shape the moral and spiritual health of communities. Alongside this, cooperative alternatives are introduced, rooted in dignity, reciprocity, and shared flourishing.
Each stop includes:
- Guided walkthroughs with a reflective scavenger hunt
- Catholic context-setting rooted in Gospel values
- Research-based framing on financial stress and health equity
- Opportunities to build networks and launch collaborative Catholic action
We are inviting dioceses, Catholic organizations, donors, press outlets, and the broader faithful to experience this urgent and hopeful work firsthand.
This tour is part of a larger mission — a collaborative, cooperative movement to rebuild systems in light of Christ.
We do not need charity. We need justice.
We need formation. We need hope.
We need the Church to lead.
Come walk with us.
